- Make a spritzer by adding soda water to white wine.
- Turn beer into a sweet refreshing shandy by adding lemonade to it.
- Alternate between alcoholic drinks and nonalcoholic drinks. Google mocktails and see what looks good or nonalcoholic beer between the real thing.
Try having a few nonalcoholic drinks first. Doing so will quench your thirst and you’ll end up drinking less.
