Total body exercises will help make you more define. Why do I say this, you’ll burning more calories will help you be more define, but you don’t get to choose where you lose the fat. Your ability to see your muscles primarily depends on how much body fat you have. Since multi-muscle exercises burn way more calories than isolation exercises. Unfortunately, you can’t choose where you loss your fat, no matter what exercise you do, multi-muscle exercises are far more valuable for helping you become more defined, shredding fat!
