16 Sets for time:
- Stand at one end of a basketball court behind the out-of-bounds line (baseline), under the basket.
- Sprint as fast as you can to the half court line. Jog backwards, returning to the out of bounds line.
- Sprint as fast as you can to the out-of-bounds line on the opposite side of the court. Jog backwards, returning to your original starting point.
