Let Food Be thy Medicine and Medicine be thy Food.”- Hippocrates. Physical symptoms of discomfort or disease can often be associated with or aggravated by food consumption. Consider examining any harmful foods that might be contributing to or causing your symptoms and eliminate them. Conversely, add as many healthy, healing foods as possible and allow them to crowd out disease supporting foods. Many symptoms fade when the root cause is found and eliminated, and food is quite often at the root of the problem. To maximize health, make every effort to add healthy foods, and remove the ones that are harmful to you personally.
