CAN’T SLEEP? THIS MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM
Excessive exposure to light before bedtime from computers, i-Phones, T.V. or streetlights sends our brains the message that it is still daylight and time to be awake. If you have difficulty sleeping, consider dimming the lights an hour or two before bed to allow normal sleep hormones to kick in and put you to sleep, and remember to darken the room you sleep in as much as possible to ensure sleep hormones remain balanced.
